Adoro las rayas blancas y negras, estan por todas partes y continuaran paraeste verano, pero de todas formas a mi siempre me gustaron. I just love leggings. I belong to the 80′ s, since then I have adopted them as part of my style , and I can not change that. Leggings have been part of fashion since the 50’s, came back in the 80’s, and more than ever, now in 2013. Plain or full of prints, they are very versatile. In winter we use them at ankle-length, wonderful with lose sweaters and boots. In summer the Capri length is the one we use. One golden rule about leggings is that whatever you use as a top, it must past your derriere, rule that I break depending of the legging and the outfit. Well, even though I am leggings number one fan, I don’t think, this super nice piece of clothing is elegant, but you can make it look beautiful. Leggings are casual. My black blazer is made by a tailor in ECUADOR. My huge heels are from: www.amyclubwear.com. LEGGINS: www.joiceleslie.com . I made my necklace because I wanted a match with my ring, which I bought a long time ago in some store in NEW YORK. LOVE YOU LADIES!!!
I like them so much, remember? they were a hit for the past years. However, no everybody dare to use a one-piece clothe, I have noticed some resistance there. But if you execute it properly, you will achieve wonderful results. For fall and winter, just add, booties and a blazer or small jacket, now in summer, leave it strapless, any sandal, flat or heels, nice bag or clutch, and voila, ready for a stylish day! Me encanta el estilo de los jumpsuits,( enterizos, palazzos).Sin embargo, no a todas las mujeres les llama la atencion vestir este estilo de ropa. Si lo escoges bien, le colocas los accesorios correctos, el resultado sera un exito. En epoca fria, no los dejes a un lado, simplemente le anades una chaqueta corta o un blazer,(es dificil, encontrarlos con mangas), unos botines, y estas lista para un look con mucho estilo. Me enamore de esta falda desde el primer momento en la vi colgada. Nada mas cerca de la primavera que las mariposas y las flores. Las temperaturas suben muy lentamente pero ya sentimos calor propio de esta epoca. Excepto por mi falda de mariposas, todo lo demas es de unos anos atras, pero debo mencionar mi cartera super viejita( 12 anos atras?) y mis zapatos de www.bakers.com , por lo menos comprados 4 anos a tras. Head to toe, black and white is definitely the big trend for this spring 2012. Hoy a estado lloviendo y nublado, aunque no esta hacienda mucho frio, se me dieron los deseos de vestirme de negro, muy negro con blanco, una de esas tendencias fuertisimas para este ano, tanto que cuando vas de tiendas, sientes que tienes que comprar algo en rayas o en estos tonos, esa es una de las razones por las cuales ciertas tendencias se van tan rapido, sencillamente la industria gigante de la moda se encarga de quemarla y que desaparezca rapido del escenario. Por ello es importante adquirir solo unos pocos elementos de las tendencias del momento para que no te llenes de las mismas cosas en tu closet, y aprovechar al maximo lo que ya tienes en estos colores. Trate de hacerme un maquillaje suave no muy marcado, pero para mi estilo personal no puedo renunciar a mi delineador negro grueso y mis pestanas postizas, entonces no use sombras ni pintalabios fuerte. This was a particularly busy weekend, from Friday to Sunday Mother’s Day (Again, I WISH YOU HAVE HAD A BEAUTIFUL DAY!), And after a lot of food and some glass of wine, now we must help our body to recover. Particularly, I make these green juice 3 or 4 times a week, for already two years. Advantages?? all, quick to prepare, has tons of nutrients depends on the ingredients you choose, calcium, fiber, potassium, magnesium, vitamins. It will provide a lot of energy. These kind of juice have revitalizing effects. Combine fruits and vegetables, do your own experiments, generally taste great. If you want, add honey, or a little orange juice mix with water. This is my recipe for today:
1. 2 medium stalks of Celery, 4 florets of broccoli ( very high in calcium), frozen or natural strawberries and blueberries, little piece of natural aloe vera, one big spoon of flaxseed (excellent for digestion), one banana, half cucumber. Put everything in a blender with honey and water until the desired consistency, and voila!! ready for extra energy! kisses, DIANA.
Este fue un fin de semana particularmente ocupado, desde el viernes hasta ayer domingo Dia de las Madres (Otras vez , QUE HAYAN PASADO UN BELLO DIA!), y despues de mucha comida y de una que otra copita, ahora debemos ayudar a recuperar la salud de nuestro cuerpo. Particularmente, preparo estos jugos 3 o 4 veces por semana, desde hace dos anos. Ventajas?? todas, rapido de preparar, tiene cantidad de nutrientes, depende los ingredientes que escojas, calcio, fibra, potasio, magnesio, cantidad de vitaminas, te aportan energia, y por tomarlos en forma directa liquida van directo a tu torrente sanguinio, son grandes aliados de la salud y definitivamente tienen efectos revitalizadores. Combina frutas y vegetales, haz tus propios experimentos, generalmente saben deliciosos. Si quieres endulzalos con miel, o ponle un poco de jugo de naranja mezclado con agua. Esta es mi receta de hoy:
