After holidays!

Most of us had a fun holiday weekend, full of activities and plenty of food and drinks. Well, now is time  to take care of our body. This delicious shake is made with fresh pineapple, excellent source of fiber, minerals and vitamin C. Cucumber, wonderful for stomachs disorders, and remember,  cucumber contains 96% of water!

ingredients:

  1. Pineapple
  2. cucumber
  3. honey or agave
  4. I always add some flaxseed
  5. and ice

Put everything together into the blender and have a healthy day!

TIP:  Don’t drink more than a 8 onces, this juices are very healthy, but very strong!
