VEGGIE SOUP

This soup is healthy as any and very easy to prepare, baked red pepper and tomato give it a delicious smoky and sweet flavor, and if the children like soup like this is perfect!
INGREDIENTS
One red pepper
Three ripe tomatoes
Julienned cabbage, (two cups)
Two carrots, diced (optional, but it makes it very delicious)
Cilantro (optional, but very important to give it a good flavor)
Cut Celery
Chicken broth, natural, in cube or box (choose one low in sodium)
A tablespoon of curry powder

Esta sopa es saludable como ninguna y muy facil de preparar, el pimiento rojo y el tomate horneado le dan un sabor ahumado y dulce delicioso, y si a  la los ninos les gusta la sopa esta es perfecta!

INGREDIENTES
Un pimiento rojo
Tres tomates maduros
Col cortada en juliana (dos tazas)
Dos zanahorias cortadas en cuadritos (opcional, pero queda muy rico)
Cilantro (opcional, pero muy importante para darle saborcito)
Celery cortado
Consume de pollo, natural, en cubito o en caja (escoje uno bajo en sodio)
Una cucharada grande de curry en polvo

Turn the oven to 300F, place on a tray foil and whole tomatoes cut in the center to allow cooking inside, likewise peppers, leave them there for 20 minutes, meanwhile put to boil about two liters of water add the cube or packet, if using chicken soup you replace a liter of water for the broth, add all the ingredients now, all the vegetables (do not forget to remove the tomato skin, but not the seeds), curry, cilantro, let fuciones all ingredients over low heat for 30 minutes, and serve either warm, nothing more comforting and relaxing than a rich vegetable soup!
